Below are the methods that you can give a try.
If you are facing a temporary restriction then you have two options
- You can Wait for the restriction time to expire
- You can also File an appeal to Facebook administrators.
If you can’t wait and want a solutions, you just have to follow these few and easy step to file an appeal:
- Go to the Request review page.
- Click on the Placement.
- at the top click on ad space or Go to bundle from the notifications.
- Click Appeal
- Add your appeal information.
- Click Appeal to submit.
If your account got permanently restricted you can do these:
- Confirm your identity
- Secure your account
- Request a review
Confirm your Identity
In most cases, you’ll need to confirm your identity before you can restore your account. To confirm your identity you have to follow the instructions given below:
- In settings, click Account Status overview in the left menu.
- Click the restricted account that you want to restore.
- Select the What you can do section
- Click the button to confirm your identity.
- You have to confirm Some of the following items:
- Email address associated with your account
- Photo of your ID, such as a passport or driving license
- Payment method associated with your account
- Complete the on-screen steps.
- Your account will be restored.
if your account is not to be reistand or restored after confirming your identity, you have to go to the next steps.
Secure your account
You have to secure your account with two-factor authentication. If you’re a user of a Business Manager account that’s over 90 days old, you’ll need to enable two-factor authentication to meet our security requirements. To reinstate or restore your account, you’ll need to enable two-factor authentication. To enable two-factor authentication follow these steps:
- Go to Account Quality.
- In the left menu Click on Account Status overview.
- Click the restricted account that you want to troubleshoot.
- Click Secure your account, In What you can do section,
- Complete the on-screen steps.
- When you’ve finished, we’ll reinstate your account.
Request a review
If your account is restricted due to a policy violation, you may be able to request a review. to request a review you have to follow the instructions given below:
- Go to the Account Quality page.
- On the left side menu click on the Account status overview.
- Select the account that is restricted.
- Go to the What you can do sections.
- Click on the Request review.
- Complete the on-screen steps.
