  • Release the power button and then plug in the TV back.

  • Leave it unplugged for a while. In the meantime press and hold the Power button for about 20-25 seconds

  • Check if you are getting this issue on all the Channels. If it does, move to the steps below
  • Check if the TV speakers are functional, for doing so:
    • Press “MENU” key on your TV remote
    • Scroll down to find SETUP and then select it
    • Here select Voice Guide and turn it ON

If you get to see the TV Voice Guide feature is loud & clear, there is no problem with speaker and the sound issue is subject to Broadcasting or Cable service.

In case where the Voice Guide is out of earshot then you have to take following troubleshooting steps…

  • Unplug your Element TV from the power source
  • Leave it unplugged and at the same time press and hold the Power button for about 20-25 seconds
  • Release the power button and then plug in the TV back.
  • Turn ON the TV manually or using the remote control and see if the sound is audible or not.

If the problem continues then you can try the next method given below…

  • Now release the button and then plug the power cable back in the socket.
  • Turn ON the TV manually or using the remote control and check if you get the picture on your TV screen.

Troubleshooting Element TV won’t turn ON Issue

When your Element TV won’t turn ON, you should consider the troubleshooting steps provided below:

  • Check if the TV is receiving adequate power supply.
  • Check if the connections are not loose.
  • Check if the power cords are tightly plugged in.
  • Having ensured the above points, if you are not getting the LED lit white, your TV may perhaps be in standby mode.
  • While in standby mode press either the Standby or the Power button from your remote.

Troubleshooting Element TV No Signal Issue

This issue can be resolved by taking the following steps:

  • Check if your TV is in the right input.
  • Check if the signal cable is properly connected and make sure it is not loose.
  • Check for the antenna connections.

In case where the signal is out of range, you need to consider adjusting the resolution, as well as the horizontal or vertical frequency.
